Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in Corporate / Personal Taxation to work on functional and implementation-focused projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in ITR1, ITR2, or ITR6 tax-related processes and technical tax domain concepts.
- Perform end-to-end Business Analysis requirement gathering, documentation, and functional elaboration.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure business needs are translated effectively.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to validate requirements and scope.
- (Manager Level) Mentor a team of analysts and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in tax processes.
