Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track performance metrics.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Support project management tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Preferred candidate profile
- Academic excellence in 10th, 12th, and graduation. Should have scored 80 % to 85 % in Maths and English Subjects in your 10th and 12th compulsorily.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, etc is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Rounds of Interview: 2 Rounds of Microsoft Teams Interview with Senior Associate Business Analyst and Manager Business Analyst.
Post which Salary Negotiation and HR round will be done if you are selected. Date of Joining will be Immediate.
Need to Personal Laptop and WIFI connection in which our working softwares will be installed for monitoring the work.
Location: Work From Home (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday to Saturday) 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturdays are off.
Gender Preference: Only Females
Salary: Rs.12000 to Rs.16000/- Monthly with 10% TDS Deduction.
Every Year there will be a Shut Down period in December month for which salary will not be Paid.
Candidates residing anywhere in South India is preferred. Strictly No for other location candidates.
