Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate with field engineers / technical teams for daily activities
Track service requests, tickets, and work progress
Prepare and maintain technical reports, trackers, and documentation
Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure timely updates and issue escalation when required
Support technical operations and project coordination.
