Job Description
- Project Controls and MIS Systems
- Develop and implementstrong control systems to monitor projects and ensure project profitability.
- Manage project cashflows with project accruals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MIS across projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implementgroup-wide financial strategies, policies, and controls.
- Provide financial insights fornew projects, expansions, land acquisitions, and investments.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and MIS across all group companies.
- Loan & Debt Management
- Manage allexisting and new loans, including:
- Sanction, documentation, disbursement, and compliance
- Interest optimization and restructuring
- Timely servicing of principal and interest
- Maintain strong relationships withbanks, NBFCs, and lenders.
- Monitor covenants and ensure zero-default status.
- Treasury & Fund Management
- Overseetreasury operationsand cash flow management across group companies.
- Ensure optimal utilization of funds and liquidity planning.
- Manage inter-company funding and cash pooling.
- Monitor fund deployment aligned with approved budgets and project timelines.
- Accounts, Audit & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-endaccounts and finance operationsincluding:
- Finalization of accounts
- Consolidation of group financials
- Statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Ensure compliance with:
- Companies Act
- Income Tax, GST, TDS
- RERA (for real estate entities)
- Other industry-specific regulations
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Taxation & Risk Management
- Leaddirect and indirect tax planningfor the Group.
- Ensure tax optimization while maintaining full statutory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.

Experience- 15+ years
Ctc- upto 30 lpa
Working days-6 days (9:30am-6pm/ 10 am -6:30 pm)

Role Overview:
The Vice President Accounts & Controls will be a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing theentire Accounting, Controls and finance function of the Group, including project budgets, controls, accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, financial planning, treasury and loan management. The role demands strong expertise inmost control, cash flow management, particularly forreal estate and capital-intensive businesses.
