We are looking for profile who has experience into voice process who are into Outbound or inbound calls. i.e working in a company who can handle the calls.

Years of Exp: - 1 to 5 Years

Location: - Chennai

Responsibilities

An agent should communicate well with customers.
An agent should be able to answer calls from different types of customers.
An agent should be able to handle difficult customers effectively.
An agent should be able to provide the most accurate information to the customer.
Languages to be known- Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam.
