Job Description
AstroVed is looking for a creative, proactive, and energetic go-getter to join our Digital Marketing Team as a Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic marketing environment and potentially grow into a full-time role based on your contribution and learning agility.
This is a 6-month internship program with a stipend of 10,000 per month. Based on individual performance during the internship, candidates will be considered for conversion to a full-time role. Upon successful conversion, the salary will be revised to a CTC range of 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Enthusiastic intern to help manage our social media and YouTube channels. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing and learn how brands connect with audiences online.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Social Media Management
- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Write captions and design simple graphics for posts
- Plan what to post each week using a content calendar
- Reply to comments and messages from followers
- Keep up with trending topics and suggest new content ideas
YouTube Support
- Help plan video topics and write scripts
- Upload videos and add titles, descriptions, and tags
- Create eye-catching thumbnails
- Track how videos are performing
- Engage with viewers in the comments section
Analytics & Reporting
- Check how posts are performing (likes, shares, views, comments)
- Make simple reports on what's working and what's not
- Look at what competitors are posting
- Suggest ways to improve engagement
WHAT YOU NEED
- Currently doing MBA/PGDM or recently graduated from a B-school
- Good at writing and communicating clearly
- Active user of social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and try new things

MBA recent pass-outs with strong knowledge of Digital Marketing are most welcome and will be given preference.
