Senior Software Engineer-Java Production Support @ CGI

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Production support to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

• Development / Production support experience in Java and Linux with good knowledge on Oracle database Must be aware about Incident management and change management process
• Good knowledge of Unix and SQLs is required
• Experience with CA7 and Dynatrace
• Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications
• Provides coding, testing and implementation support for identified technical platform (ie, Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed or Web)
• Analyzes user requirements and defines technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks
• Creates business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems
