Job Summary:

We are a fast-growing astrology platform looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive ROI-focused digital campaigns, increase app installs, leads, and revenue, and scale customer acquisition across paid channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (FB/Instagram), YouTube & affiliates
  
• Track and improve CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR
  
• Drive app installs, lead generation & revenue growth
  
• Execute A/B testing on ads, creatives & landing pages
  
• Manage retargeting & remarketing strategies
  
• Analyze performance data and share actionable insights
  
• Collaborate with creative, product & tech teams
  
• Optimize App Store & Play Store (ASO) performance
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (B2C / app-based preferred)
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  
• Knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase or similar tools
  
• Strong data analysis & reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  

Good to Have:

• Experience in affiliate or influencer marketing
  
• Exposure to SEO / organic growth
  
• Experience with astrology, wellness, or spiritual platforms
