Job Description

1. 15+ years of work experience in electronics manufacturing in Aerospace and defence electronics industry is highly preferred.

2. 3-5 years of experience in implementation of ISO 9001 and AS9100, QMS in electronics industry as Dy MR.

3. Development and review of AS 9100 procedures, QAP, ATP, QTP, FAT, CBD etc.

4. Conducting Management Reviews and internal audits as per AS9100.

5. Experience in implementation of AS9115, AS9102 and AS9103.

6. Good understanding of industry and regulatory requirements for defence and aerospace industry.

7. Good exposure to IPC/ J-STD, JSS 55555: 2012, MIL- 461 E/F, MIL-810 G, ESD S20:20 DO 160, DO 178, DO 254 standards.

8. Develop vendors and conduct supplier/vendor evaluation audits.

9. Develop measure and monitor KPIs, Process capability and key characteristics with SPCs Cp, Cpk and Control charts.

10. Implementation of FOD Control, 5S, and experience in CAPA, RCCA and FMEA.

11. Conducting special Process validation and process audits.

12. Interaction with DGQA, CQAE(N), CEMILAC, DGAQA, DGNAI, MSQAA and RDSO/Railways agencies is desirable.

13. Good communication, presentation and client management skills.

14. Advanced skills in MS office, MS Project, and ERP systems.

15. Develop & carry out training for all employees.
