Job Description:
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for our Gurgaon office to work on 100% inbound and company-generated leads. This is a pure desk-based sales role where you will connect with customers over calls and convert leads into successful policy sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on company-provided inbound leads only
- Call customers to understand their insurance requirements
- Explain insurance plans and benefits clearly over the phone
- Convince customers and close sales within TAT
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure policy issuance
- Update customer details and sales status in CRM
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 5 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales
- Experience in insurance, BFSI, or call center sales is a plus
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office
