Your MissionWhat Youll Build
Design, develop, and support highly scalable desktop and web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, Web API/REST API, Windows Forms).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time, and high-quality deliveries.
Participate in architecture design, project estimation, and performance engineering discussions.
Work closely with the QA team to ensure every release is bug-free, high-performing, and production-ready.
Bring a problem-solving mindsetyou dont just fix code, you fix problems.
Your SuperpowersWhat Were Looking For
35 years of experience in designing and developing .NET applications.
2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Coreyoure fluent in modern frameworks.
Deep understanding of OOPS, Entity Framework, LINQ, and REST APIs.
Experience in web application architecture and development using ASP.NET MVC 4.0 or above.
Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
Proficient in Git/TFS/SVN and build/release management processes.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environmentsyou know what sprint velocity means.
Experience with Windows-based applications (yes, they still matter!).
Strong logical, analytical, and communication skills.
Bonus: Knowledge of US mortgage processes will give you an edge.
