Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and multi-agent systems to lead complex projects and develop advanced AI solutions. This full-time, remote position reports to the Head of Data Science.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Execute complex Generative AI projects utilizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like AutoGen, LangGraph, and Crew.AI.
- Develop advanced AI solutions for image processing, document analysis, and multi-format data handling (PDF, Excel, CSV).
- Build and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) with custom embeddings and vector stores.
- Implement prompt engineering and debugging strategies for agentic AI systems.
Project Management & Strategy
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business domains.
- Translate complex technical insights into strategic business decisions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct AI model evaluation and performance optimization.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Facilitate collaboration between NLP/NLU engineers, analysts, and operations teams.
- Guide team members through complex project challenges and technical problem-solving.
Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
- Apply advanced ML techniques including bagging, boosting, and clustering algorithms (K-means, hierarchical clustering, DBSCAN).
- Implement feature engineering and selection methodologies for optimal model performance.
- Develop hyperparameter tuning strategies for various ML models.
- Handle imbalanced datasets using advanced AI techniques.
- Deploy MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- 3+ years of experience in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency in Python and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Spacy).
- Experience with ML frameworks: XGBoost, CatBoost, AdaBoost, LightGBM, Gradient Boosting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and deployment strategies.
- Expertise in RAG implementation and vector database management (ChromaDB, FAISS).
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, Crew.AI).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Published research or patents in the AI/ML domain.
- Experience with web scraping and data visualization tools (Streamlit, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Familiarity with AutoML and PyParet frameworks.
- Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and database management.
- Understanding of statistical modeling and advanced analytics.
