Job Description

• Seeking a MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications using React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The role requires strong JavaScript skills with openness to learn new technologies like Python/Java/Perl and work with search/indexing tools such as Elastic search or Solr.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Perl web or perl cgi programming, with experience managing and or modernizing web applications.


• Experience with React OR other modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue/Angular optional).


• Strong JavaScript skills, including ES6+ OR equivalent modern frontend development experience.


• Experience in MongoDB OR other NoSQL databases.


• Programming Restful APIs using Node.js and Express.js


• Familiarity or Willingness to work in ElasticSearch OR Solr OR other search/data indexing tools.

Education/Specific Knowledge

• Any Degree
