Job Description

• Extensive knowledge of Banking domain Expert in L1/L1
• 5 production support Expert in application management Expert in Dynatrace, grafana, service now Ability to drive P1/P2 bridge calls Expertise on Informatica tools (Developer, Manager, Monitor)Expertise in identifying performance issues, blocking sessions and working on SQL tuning
• Performance tuning at Informatica and Database level
• Able to identify the errors and fix the failures in Informatica
• Able to fix the failures related to data issues in table and source files
• Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA in InformaticaExperience in SLA compliance, Batch Job Monitoring, and Mentoring Jr members
• ITIL certified 5-8 years of experience in above fields
