SAP Authorization L2 Support Professional @ CGI

Job Description

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for SAP Authorizations, ensuring timely resolution of access, role, and security-related issues across SAP R/3, ECC, and S/4 environments
• Administer and maintain SAP Security for various modules, including user administration, role creation/modification, and authorization troubleshooting
• Manage and support SAP GRC Access Control components such as ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM for compliant provisioning and risk analysis
• Support SAP HANA and SAP BW security, including catalog roles, analytic privileges, and BW authorization objects
• Perform SAP Solution Manager user and role administration, maintaining appropriate access controls
• Handle incident, change, and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to SLAs and documentation standards
• Manage identity lifecycle processes using the SAP Identity Management (IDM) tool, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and workflow approvals
• Use advanced MS Excel formulas for reporting, audit support, role matrix preparation, and security analytics
