• Selenium IGrid Management
• Governance, Standards & Best Practices
• Mentorship & Team Leadership
• Integration with CI/CD and QAOps
• Reliability & Optimization

Preferred candidate profile

* Expert-level knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and automation concepts

* Proficiency in Java

* Strong understanding of Selenium Grid, Docker, containerization

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or AWS Codepipeline)

* Ability to design scalable, maintainable, high-performance automation architectures

* Expertise in test coverage analysis, test strategy, and QA best practices

* Understanding of performance, compatibility, and accessibility testing
