Job Overview:
We seek a hands-on AI Technical Lead to spearhead innovative AI projects, bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs. Full-time position based in Pune, Office-based, reporting to the Associate Director of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI POCs and MVPs: Design and deliver AI prototypes for diverse industries.
- Hands-on Technical Execution: Build, train, and optimize ML/DL models using tools like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Explore Emerging Technologies: Research and experiment with latest AI tools for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Business & Customers: Translate requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior AI engineers, fostering connectivity and innovation.
- Full-Stack Integration: Implement AI solutions into applications using Azure/AWS/GCP.
Good-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
