Job Title: Motion Designer/Video Editor

Working Hours : 12 PM to 9 PM/2 PM to 11 PM (IST)
Job Summary
As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering motion graphics that align with our brand and campaign objectives. Youll collaborate closely with Head of brand, designers, Product Marketing, and other marketing team, to produce high-quality visual content for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
This role requires strong expertise in both 2D and 3D animation, with the ability to create visually compelling, technically sound, and brand-aligned motion assets across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics for videos, digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually impactful motion assets.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, animation concepts, and visual explorations for campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Edit and enhance video content with typography, visual effects, and sound design.
- Ensure all outputs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in motion and 3D design to drive innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar creative role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D motion design work across digital and video platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma).
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, compositing, lighting, and rendering pipelines.
- Knowledge of video editing, VFX, and sound design integration.
- Strong sense of design, storytelling, typography, color, and timing.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional motion design experience, preferably in an agency or
in-house creative team. - Proven experience leading motion design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
