Role & responsibilities

Managed end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-possession support.
Coordinated with sales, accounts, legal, and site teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Handled customer queries, escalations, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Managed booking documentation, KYC verification, and agreement coordination.
Monitored payment schedules, follow-ups, and supported collections with accounts team.
Maintained accurate CRM data, MIS reports, and customer records.
Ensured compliance with company policies and real estate regulations (RERA).
