Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migrations and a solid understanding of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in discovery and preparation phases of S/4HANA transformation projects and possess deep knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support brownfield migration projects from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring smooth transition of SD functionalities.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, system assessments, and readiness checks during discovery and preparation phases.
- Configure and optimize SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, etc.) in S/4HANA environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper CVI setup and integration between Business Partner, Customer, and Vendor master data.
- Provide guidance on data migration strategy, cutover planning, and testing activities.
- Document functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SD processes and integration with other modules (MM, FI, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP SD implementation and support.
- Proven experience in brownfield ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) and Business Partner concepts in S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in discovery and preparation phases of S/4HANA projects.
- Expertise in SD configuration, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies (LTMC, LTMOM, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to integration with SAP TM, GTS, or CRM.
- Experience in cutover and post-go-live support.
SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA is a plus
