Job Description
- About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic MBA graduate (HR specialization) to join our team as an HR Trainee. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in key HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, policy communication, and day-to-day HR operations. Its a great opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Human Resources and grow into a strategic HR role over time.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new joiners including document verification, induction coordination, and HRIS updates .
- Assist in executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and event coordination.
- Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and trackers.
- Assist with policy communication, leave management, and attendance monitoring.
- Support in the creation of HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Help ensure HR compliance and documentation as per company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and activities.
- Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources (or General Management with HR focus).
- 0-1 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships are welcome).
- Good understanding of core HR functions and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
