Position Description:

Location: BLR / HYD / CHN / PUNE / MUM

Shift Timing: 2pm to 11pm

Education Qualification: B.E, MBA in finance good to have

Position Description: Business Analyst with Core Banking background - digital banking Payments

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your future duties and responsibilities: Must have Skills- Gather and analyze business requirements
Develop functional specifications or user stories and process models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, Azure Dev-ops etc
Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies
Sound knowledge in Core banking system with hands on experience with retails banking, payments and 3rd party integrations etc
Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks Good to have Skills- Knowledge of specific technical tools and languages like SQL, Power BI or Tableu
Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Six Sigma, and specific modeling techniques like Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
Proficiency with software used for data analysis, modeling, using various database tools.
