Software Engineer @ CGI

Job Description

• Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications in production and non-production environments
• Monitor application performance and availability using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within defined SLAs
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
• Perform regular health checks, log analysis, and proactive maintenance activities
• Participate in deployment activities, including release validations and rollback planning
• Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management
• Support batch jobs, integrations, and middleware components as needed
