• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize SAP OneSource tools to manage and track subcontractor performance.
• Develop and implement effective subcontractor management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize subcontractor selection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
