Role: Development Engineer - Tailgate motor & Sensors

Work Location: Chakan

Industry: Automotive OEM

Responsibilities:

• To define the specification, develop, validate Tailgate motor, sensors & other comfort systems.
• Responsible for Engineering releases, relevant documentation, sourcing documentation from Engineering, Technical clarifications & review with Supplier, part development tracking & reporting, different development trials, ramp-up support & ensure functionality of intended use.
• Lead compliance with defined internal & type approval requirements. Represent Engineering team in different forums & coordinate with other entities to smoothen product development process.
• Steer the Tailgate motor, sensors & other comfort systems development project against different project requirements i.e. time, budget, functional inputs & resources etc.
