Job Description

What You ll Do:

1. Video-Led Product Marketing Translate positioning and release notes into clear visual narratives and storyboards. Write tight scripts (hooks, VO, supers) and create on-brand screen flows that showcase value, not just features. Produce end-to-end video assets: capture, edit, motion, VO, subtitles, and thumbnails. Partner with the brand / creative services team on motion standards; keep everything on-brand and accessible (captions, localization readiness). Manage a lightweight contractor pool for VO, motion, or localization when needed.

2. Launch and GTM Own the video workstream for Tier 1-3 launches: teaser, overview, key feature demos, and post-launch how-tos. Align with PM/PMM on ICP, message hierarchy, and proof; ship on timeline with measurable impact. Publish to website, product, YouTube/Vimeo, LinkedIn, email, and communities with best-practice metadata, captions, and chapters. Drive watch-through, CTR, and conversion via A/B hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs.

3. Sales and Customer Enablement Build deal-accelerating explainers (1-2 min) for common objections and use cases. Package shorts for SDR/AE outreach, in-product tips, and success handoffs. Embed videos into master pitch, talk tracks, and objection handling; build a searchable snippet library in the LMS/Salesforce. Create tight explainer reels for briefings/evals; ensure claims are backed by product footage and measurable proof.

What You ll Need Experience (6-8 years): B2B SaaS product marketing with a proven, public portfolio of product videos (please include links). Video Craft (non-negotiable): End-to-end capability - scripting, storyboarding, screen capture, editing, basic motion/animation, audio cleanup, subtitles, thumbnails. PMM Foundations: Positioning, message hierarchy, ICP/segment understanding, launch mechanics, and sales enablement. Tech Fluency: Comfortable turning technical/AI features into outcome-led stories. Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalents), Descript/Camtasia/ScreenFlow, Loom, Figma, YouTube Studio/Vimeo/Wistia; bonus for basic motion graphics. Great Fits Often Come From: Film/Media Studies (visual storytelling) or SaaS PMM backgrounds with strong demo skills.

Nice to Have: CLM/procurement/RevTech domain exposure; experience with voiceover, localization, and YouTube SEO.
