Role Overview:


As a senior product marketing leader at Sirion, you will own significant areas of content and product launch strategy. Approximately 65% of your teams output will revolve around creating powerful narratives, high-impact copy, and engaging thought leadership pieces. Youll shape how Sirions story is told to the market, ensuring our positioning and messaging stand out in a competitive SaaS landscape. Key Responsibilities


1. Content & Copy Leadership

  • Set the Standard: Establish the vision for all content outputsblog posts, white papers, decks, website copy, demand-gen materials, and sales enablement assets.
  • Editorial Excellence: Provide hands-on guidance to the team, ensuring every deliverable meets best-in-class standards for clarity, tone, and impact.
  • Storytelling & Positioning: Translate complex product features into compelling stories that resonate with customers and prospects.

2. Team Management & Development

  • Coach & Mentor: Inspire a team of product marketers to refine their writing and storytelling skills, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Scalability: Implement processes and frameworks that scale content production while maintaining high quality.

3. Market & Customer Insights

  • Voice of the Market: Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to shape content themes and ensure relevance.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with product, sales, and customer success to ensure all content aligns with product roadmaps and sales objectives.

4. Strategic Alignment

  • Executive Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the PMM leaders as well as CXOs to define and iterate on Sirions overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring that content remains a key differentiator.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for content effectiveness (e.g., engagement, conversion rates) and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 8-12 years of leadership in Product Marketing or Product Management in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving content-heavy initiatives.
  • Copy & Content Mastery: Demonstrated ability to craft (and critique) clear, compelling copy. A genuine passion for reading and writing is essential.
  • Strategic Vision: Adept at translating market insights into innovative, go-to-market narratives that differentiate a product in a crowded marketplace.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled at building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams to consistently deliver world-class content.
  • Location: Ideally based in Delhi NCR and comfortable leading on-site and remote team members.
