Role: Associate Sales Consultant (B2B)
- About the Job:
Contact and qualify leads to understand their business needs and pain points.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target
accounts.
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Understanding customer requirement and closing sales.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication. - Required Skills:
Graduates/ Undergraduate
Ability to communicate effectively Hindi & English language.
Basic computer skills.
Candidate should be self-driven.
Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. - Candidate Should Have:
Should be Confident & Dynamic.
Excellent communication skills
Good persuasion skill
Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales.
Good negotiation skills.
