Job Description
AstroVed is hiring a Technical Program Coordinator (Techno-Functional) to work closely with technical and business teams, manage project workflows, and ensure delivery excellence. If you have strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills in a tech environment.
Role Overview
We are building a new category of spiritual AI experiences interactive rituals, temple environments, and avatar-based darshan. This is not a typical IT project. You will help organize an innovation-focused team, translate vision into tasks, and ensure smooth weekly execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, early-stage products, and creative technical collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Break down product ideas into weekly execution plans
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and 3D artists
- Track tasks, bugs, and milestones using Jira or similar tools
- Run weekly planning and review meetings
- Document requirements and flows clearly
- Flag risks and dependencies early
- Ensure demos are delivered on time
- Maintain clarity between vision and implementation
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based workflows
- Experience using Jira, Notion, or similar tools
- Comfort working with creative + technical teams
- Ability to translate non-technical ideas into actionable tasks
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Unity, AR, or immersive projects
- Interest in spiritual, cultural, or meditation-based products
