About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business to drive the people agenda aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong business acumen with human resource expertise to enable workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and design HR strategies, policies and framework to achieve them.
- Design and implement talent management programs across organisations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
- Support succession planning, talent review, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver capability-building programs.
- Drive career development and internal mobility strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion employee engagement and implement strategies to strengthen workplace culture.
- Partner with managers to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Develop action plans based on periodic engagement surveys feedback.
Performance & Rewards
- Partner with business to ensure effective goal setting, performance management, and reward programs.
- Support compensation benchmarking and ensure fairness and equity across levels.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, policies, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with HR shared services and canter of excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR support..
