Role & Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Assist customers over the phone to help them choose the right financial products (Loans & Credit Cards).
- Target Driven: Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding periodic sales targets.
- Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high productivity with speed and accuracy while ensuring zero errors or financial losses.
- Ethical Selling: Strictly adhere to company policies to prevent mis-selling or fraudulent activities.
- Adaptability: Stay flexible to changing priorities and respond promptly to internal communications.
- Work-Life Balance: This is a day-shift role only.
Requirements
- Communication: Strong verbal skills (a mix of English and Hindi is acceptable).
- Mindset: Ability to handle fast-paced environments and shifting demands.
