Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage PB (Policybazaar) partners for Motor Insurance
  • Drive motor insurance sales through POSP/agent/channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets
  • Train partners on products, processes, and systems
  • Ensure quality business and adherence to compliance norms
  • Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, and renewals
  • Track performance and provide regular MIS and updates

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in Motor Insurance sales (Agency / POS / Partner model preferred)
  • Good understanding of Motor OD, TP, Add-ons, Renewals
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel locally
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
