Recruit, onboard, and manage PB (Policybazaar) partners for Motor Insurance
Drive motor insurance sales through POSP/agent/channel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Achieve assigned monthly and annual business targets
Train partners on products, processes, and systems
Ensure quality business and adherence to compliance norms
Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, and renewals
Track performance and provide regular MIS and updates
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Motor Insurance sales (Agency / POS / Partner model preferred)
Good understanding of Motor OD, TP, Add-ons, Renewals
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Willingness to travel locally
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
