1. Achieve sales target through distribution sales

2. Build relationships with Motor & health Rms - Drive LI business to their partners

3. Meet & greet x- RM & partners

4. Support Partners for closures / for client meetings

5. Daily Callothon to Probable partner leads from motor & health

6. Drive contest & other initiatives to partners & cross RMs

7. Motivate & train RMs & partners for Life business

8. Maintain daily records & update to supervisor
