Policy Bazaar is Indias largest online insurance marketplace, helping millions of customers compare and purchase the best insurance plans. We are expanding our sales team in Bangalore and are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for Inside Sales and Field Sales roles.
Role & Responsibilities
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer insurance needs.
- Explain insurance products and assist customers in selecting suitable plans.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales over calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Field Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and conduct door-to-door or field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships for policy sales, renewals, and upselling.
- Conduct field marketing activities such as product demos, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Meet assigned field sales targets and generate new business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and service issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada & English.
- Passion for sales, customer interaction, and target achievement.
- For field sales: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge for inside sales roles.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Fixed Salary + Unlimited Incentives (earn based on performance).
