Role & Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Assist customers over the phone to help them choose the right financial products (Loans & Credit Cards).
• Target Driven: Take full ownership of meeting and exceeding periodic sales targets.
• Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high productivity with speed and accuracy while ensuring zero errors or financial losses.
• Ethical Selling: Strictly adhere to company policies to prevent mis-selling or fraudulent activities.
• Adaptability: Stay flexible to changing priorities and respond promptly to internal communications.
• Work-Life Balance: This is a day-shift role only.

Requirements

• Communication: Strong verbal skills (a mix of English and Hindi is acceptable).
• Mindset: Ability to handle fast-paced environments and shifting demands.
