SSC or higher education
Fresher or experienced
Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam &
English language

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in their regional language.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Achieve daily/monthly targets of policy sales.
Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Update CRM tools with accurate lead/customer data.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Must be fluent in one of the mentioned regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
