Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and access controls.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
Configure and customize modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
Maintain existing ServiceNow implementations and enhance platform functionality.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Perform code reviews, create documentation, and ensure code quality.
Provide platform support and troubleshoot issues.
Stay up to date with new features and capabilities in ServiceNow releases (Tokyo, Utah, Vancouver, etc.
