Job Description
- Hire, train, manage, and develop a team of FP&A Operations SSC analysts
- Work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure quality and timeliness of the monthly financial close and reporting
- Support preparation and presentation of monthly variance analysis packages for Management teams
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of cost and headcount
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
- Review purchase requisitions against cost center budgets
- Active involvement in forecasting and budgeting processes
- Continuous improvements on financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor s Degree
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and US GAAP
- Prior experience managing a team with a focus on team member development
- Prior project management experience
- Experience working within a SSC supporting a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably a hyper-growth company
- Prior SaaS industry experience
- Prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Coupa, Snowflake, Tableau or ServiceNow
