Legal AI Analyst - Agent Portfolio and Validation @ Crowdstrike

Job Description

• Execute agent validation and data quality tests across multiple environments.
• Run and maintain automated validation scripts and dashboards .
• Perform data connection checks and assist in resolving ingestion issues.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for data integrity concerns.
• Document validation results and maintain operational procedures.
• Collaborate with legal and data teams across global time zones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation coverage and automation .

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in agent building, agent development, technical support, QA, or data operations .
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Python scripting .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to cloud environments, telemetry, or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across distributed teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth within a cybersecurity-focused organization
