Job Description

CrowdStrike s Global Legal Team is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Analyst to join our Legal Operations Shared Services team. This technical role is responsible for day-to-day support of our CLM platform and related tools. You ll collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to improve contract workflows, drive system adoption, and ensure data integrity across the contracting ecosystem.
What You ll Do:
  • Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of the CLM platform and associated tools
  • Assist with system updates, permission management, and user provisioning
  • Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata structures in the system
  • Monitor system performance and data quality; support cleanup and audit tasks
  • Help prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards to track CLM KPIs and performance
  • Partner with the CLM Lead to support change requests and improvement initiatives
  • Participate in training and onboarding sessions for new users and stakeholders
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 user support for CLM-related issues
What You ll Need:
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical or business field
  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, including CLM
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with CLM systems like Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, or similar
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Prior exposure to legal, procurement, or compliance functions
