About the Role

As a Sr. Specialist (T3 A), you will wear many hats. You'll be a trusted advisor, a data-driven analyst, a Compensation & Benefit champion, and an inspirational leader. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Co-create and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring they seamlessly support strategic goals.
    • Continuously improve HR policies and practices based on data and best practices.
    • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.
  • Organizational Design and Development:
    • Drive the performance management process, supporting managers and leaders in conducting probation reviews,quarterly check-ins, performance discussions, calibrations, and performance improvement recommendations.
    • Lead and support employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, assimilation, Background Verification and offboarding.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication:
  • Develop effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and connected, through various channels, including Payroll Process, Performance Management, Insurance and Wellness programs and open forums across the organization.
    • Lead communication, counselling, and employee engagement initiatives, including internal communications, team interactions, employee pulse surveys, and addressing employee concerns.
    • Lead programs to improve Compensation & Benefits as part of organizational effectiveness, and design, initiate, and implement benefits surveys and programs.
  • Talent Management and retention
    • Define and implement the retention framework.
    • Actively retain top performers through stay interviews and targeted action plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits administration, wellness program and incentives.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Assist in compensation benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive within the industry.

Contribute to developing and revising HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

  • Audit and Compliance:
    • Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and external legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
    • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including PoSH and Code of Conduct.
  • HR Analytics
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and insights related to compensation, benefits, and retention.Leverage data to identify areas for intervention and drive initiatives that enhance retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior management

Who You Are:

  • You have 8-10 years of progressive experience as a HR Generalist / HR Compensation & Benefits roles, preferably in IT / Tech organization.
  • You possess a post-graduate degree/MBA from a reputed institute.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and data-driven approach.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex HR issues effectively.
  • You are a natural influencer with strong partnership and collaboration skills.
  • You are a passionate leader with a genuine interest in employee development and engagement.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change.
