Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.

Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and user experience. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.

Experience with report writing and data visualization techniques.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with the systems development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
