Python Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Python-based microservices, scripts, and APIs to support AI/ML features across STLC.
- Work closely with QE teams to understand domain challenges and identify opportunities for AI infusion.
- Develop solutions that function effectively with limited, noisy, or semi-structured data.
- Integrate with third-party platforms like Jira, Azure DevOps, Test Rail, sharepoint, service now etc.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into production-ready tools.
- Create modular, reusable components to accelerate solution development across portfolios.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML techniques and assess applicability in QE domain.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Python development with strong OOP principles.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, transformers, LangChain, or spaCy.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development using FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of the STLC and common QE processes.
- Ability to integrate solutions with QE tools and ALM platforms (e.g., Jira, ADO).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and optionally, vector stores like ChromaDB or FAISS.
- Comfort with version control (Git), containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment and iterate.
