Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the retail project sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
Provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail project sector.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience working with British paints or similar products is an advantage.
