Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure and end-user services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Server administration, network management, and IT Helpdesk operations. This role ensures smooth IT operations, security compliance, and high-quality support for internal users.
Job Description:
- IT Infrastructure management Middle level
Device & Endpoint Management:
- Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
- Implement compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines.
Server Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Perform regular patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Network Management:
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
Security & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
- Manage endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability assessments.
Support & Documentation:
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and policies.
IT Helpdesk Management:
- Oversee IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
- Develop and maintain SLA compliance, escalation processes, and knowledge base documentation.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and policies.
- Generate regular reports on system health, helpdesk performance, and compliance.
Profile Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Experience managing IT Helpdesk teams or processes.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, MCSA, ITIL, or CCNA.
- Experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related IT Professional
- Experience:10-12 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, application management, and end-user services Exposure to tacking Project components to cost objects
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or similar senior technical roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable IT infrastructure solutions
- Experience supporting remote office environments
- Experience deploying and supporting cloud-based applications and infrastructure
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide team leadership and resource allocation balancing competing demands and contention for resources while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
- Team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedule
- Flexible to travel on need basis.
