UX Designer - Mobile @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong focus on mobile app design to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, ensuring seamless usability and delightful design.

• Design and optimize user experiences for mobile applications, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio focused on mobile apps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI designers to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Apply mobile design best practices, including responsive layouts, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
• Stay updated on UX trends, mobile technologies, and emerging design patterns.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions for mobile.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for better developer collaboration.
• Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring UX success.
