Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process cashless & reimbursement TPA claims end-to-end
Verify policy coverage, GIPSA rules, exclusions, room rent eligibility
Review pre-auth approvals, enhancement requests
Validate medical necessity, non-medical deductions
Handle TPA queries, denials, short payments, resubmissions
Mentor junior processors and conduct quality checks
Maintain TPA-wise ageing and follow-up tracker
Coordinate with Medical Records & Treating Doctors for clarifications

Preferred candidate profile

4-9 Yrs of Experience in TPA Particularly experience in handling claims
Good Communication & Coordination skills
Strong knowledge of GIPSA, non-medical exclusions, package rates
