Job Description:
We are hiring a Surgery Auditor for our Chennai office. The role involves auditing surgical medical records to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and billing compliance. Key responsibilities include reviewing operative notes, verifying procedure and diagnosis codes, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports. The auditor will work closely with coding and billing teams and follow internal and regulatory guidelines. Candidates must be a certified auditor with strong knowledge of surgical audits, compliance standards, and good attention to detail. This is a full-time, day shift, work-from-office position.
