Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Inhouse Recruitment).
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Any Specialization).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
