Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Inhouse Recruitment).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution (Any Specialization).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
