Staff Nurse-Occupational Health Centers (Medical Rooms and School) @ Max Healthcare

Job Description

• Treats and provides professional nursing care to employees or people who become ill or injured on implant premises.
• Perform and change dressings as required at the Medical Centers
• Monitors the injured employee's condition and/or vital signs to determine if ambulatory care is required.
• Provides appropriate employee status information to the doctor and appropriate managers.
• Prepares and maintains clinical records of treatment and care of employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of implants.
• Indent the required medications and dressing materials for the monthly dispense by identifying trends; anticipating needed supplies.
• Accurately and timely completion of all documentation, and preparation of a monthly report of different nursing quality parameters.
• Maintain inventories and/or order supplies as assigned.
• Ensures clean and safe work environment; understands and complies with policies of infection control, personal protective devices, handling of sharps and contaminated materials.

Minimum Qualification:

GNM OR BSc- with 2 years of experience (Registration is mandatory)

Communication should be good

Immediate joiner preferred
